New Season – S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra is coming!

Season Settlement time: 9:30 a.m. (GMT+8) on 2020-12-24

New season – S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra will start on December 24th at 12:00 a.m. (GMT+8). At that time, Players will complete the Season Settlement according to their data in the last season and get the new tiers, new ladder points, and season rewards of the new season.

Over the past few months, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents have valiantly faced off against continuous infiltration by Hydra. Now, with the return of Avengers, Nick Fury leads S.H.I.E.L.D. in an all-out counterattack against Hydra! All S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that left MARVEL Duel in the past few months will join the battle as well.

What’s more, Captain America is finally here! As our first Neutral Hero, Players can unlock him for free in the Super Hero System.

#S.H.I.E.L.D. Deck

Use the Neutral Deck, S.H.I.E.L.D., to launch an all-out counterattack against Hydra!

S.H.I.E.L.D. provides strong support for Super Heroes. And the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. can reach their full potential when fighting alongside Avengers. The Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury, can even boost Avengers to 8 Stars!

#Captain America & Winter Soldier

Captain America and the Winter Soldier will join MARVEL Duel as members of the Avengers! Other characters including Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man will also gain the keyword "Avengers".

#Ladder Leaderboards Reward Cards

Players who ranked top 100 on the Ladder will get a copy of [Scarlet Shield].

During this season, Players can purchase up to two copies of [Scarlet Shield] from Value Packs. Next season, there will be a new Reward Card, and [Scarlet Shield] will be added to the General Expansion Pack.

#S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra Event

S.H.I.E.L.D. or Hydra? It's up to you to decide who comes out on top. Join in the brand new "S.H.I.E.L.D. vs. Hydra" season event to contribute to the side you support!

The Competition Period starts now!

-Rules:

S.H.I.E.L.D./Hydra players can increase their Agent Level with Agent Points, which are obtained by completing S.H.I.E.L.D./Hydra agent missions. There are a total of 10 Agent Levels. The higher your Agent Level, the more advanced rewards you will receive.

-Personal Rewards

1. Lv. 2-7 Agents: Receive rewards immediately after reaching a new level.

2. Lv. 8-10 Agents: The rewards are issued based on your rank and side. Rewards include Avatar Frames and a Card Back. The higher your rank, the better your rewards.

-Side Rewards

1. All players of the victorious side will receive a percentage Agent Points bonus. Your personal Agent Points will directly impact your Agent rank as well as final rewards.

2. S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra each have their own Support Heroes. Players of the victorious side will have a chance to vote for their favorite Support Hero (polls will be available on social media). After voting, the top Support Hero in the poll will arrive in MARVEL Duel in the near future.

3. The victorious side will occupy the main interface of MARVEL Duel until the end of the season.

#Hero Attributes

We have adjusted the mechanism of Hero Attributes. It’s no longer bind to Hero Skins/Support Heroes. Now, Players can set the Hero Attributes when building decks and can select all unlocked Hero Attributes.

The Hero Attribute of [Angela], [Ms. Marvel], [Prime Armor] and [Black Widow (Fear Itself)] has been changed to:

22 Health, Gain 2 extra Battle Gems on Turn 3.

#Season Pass

New Season Pass is coming! Strong S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra cards, Captain America’s classic Emoji and Card Back, all in the new Season Pass!

#Others

1. We have added [Scarlet Shield] value packs and S.H.I.E.L.D. value packs to the Shop.

2. S.H.I.E.L.D. Theme Pack and Hydra Theme Pack will be on sale for a limited 7 days. Players can get new cards with S.H.I.E.L.D. keyword or Avengers keyword from the S.H.I.E.L.D. Theme Pack.

3. We have added the Avengers, S.H.I.E.L.D., and Hydra keywords to the keywords filter in the Collection System.

4. We have optimized the skill VFX of [Scarlet Shield].

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed some bugs in the Duel Replay system.

2. Fixed some localization bugs, display bugs, compatibility bugs, and performance bugs.

3. Fixed some other bugs.

#Balance Adjustments

We have made some adjustments to the following cards:

[Tony Stark], [Crimson Dynamo], [Back-to-Back], [Asgardian Glory], [Asgardian Feast], [Tyr], [Red Skull], [Hydra Bomb], [Hydra Motivation], [Web-Shooters], [Kree Blaster], [Moonstone], [Spectrum], and [Kree Charge].

After the adjustments, Players will be able to dismantle the following cards and get full Crystal in return from 2020/12/24 to 2021/1/7:

[Tony Stark], [Back-to-Back], [Asgardian Feast], and [Moonstone].

All Duel Replay will be invalid after game updates. Remember to record your favorite games in advance.

Previous Skill – Invocation: Assemble an Equipment Card with a Cost of 4/5/6 or lower and give it to all other players. You gain Battle Gems equal to double/triple/quadruple the Cost of that card.

New Skill - Invocation: Assemble a 4/5/6-Cost Equipment Card and give it to your current opponent. You gain 5/10/20 Battle Gems.

2. [Crimson Dynamo]

Power: 10 → 12

Previous Skill – Once per turn, when you purchase a 6-Cost card, you gain 4/8/16 Battle Gems.

New Skill - Once per turn, when you purchase a 6-Cost card, you gain 2/4/8 Battle Gems and give this card +2/4/8 Power.

3. [Back-to-Back]

Previous Skill – Assemble a Star Level 1 copy of a character from all friendly players' Battlefield. At the end of the turn, give a Star Level 1 copy of that card to your teammate.

New Skill - Assemble a character from all friendly players' Battlefield, add a copy of that card from your Card Pool to the Shop, and reduce their Cost by 2. At the end of the turn, give a Star Level 1 copy of that card to your teammate.

4. [Asgardian Glory]

Previous Skill – Add two Asgardian Character Cards with a Cost of 5 or lower from the Card Pool to your Hand.

New Skill - Give all your Asgardian characters +4 Power and +8 Armor.

5. [Asgardian Feast]

Previous Skill – Give a random Asgardian character +1 Power and +6 Armor. Trigger 3 times.

New Skill - Give a random Asgardian character +2 Power and +4 Armor. Trigger twice.

6. [Tyr]

Power: 4 → 8

7. [Red Skull]

Previous Skill – Hydra Elite Soldiers on the opposing Battlefield gain +10/20/40 Power during attack, and target their friendly characters.

New Skill - Hydra Elite Soldiers on the opposing Battlefield are always Cloaked. They gain +10/20/40 Power and target their friendly characters when attacking.

8. [Hydra Bomb]

Previous Skill – Special Action: Deal 20 damage to a Hydra Elite Soldiers and their adjacent characters. Trigger 3 times in each battle.

New Skill - Last Words: Deal 10 damage to a non-Hydra character on the Battlefield and give them Stunned. Trigger N more times, where N is equal to the number of Hydra characters on the Battlefield.

9. [Hydra Motivation]

Previous Skill – Give all characters adjacent to Support Hydra characters +7 Power and Annihilate until the end of the next battle.

New Skill - Change at most 3 non-Hydra cards in the Shop into random Hydra cards that have the same Cost and reduce their Cost by 1.

10. [Web-Shooters]

Previous Skill – Special Action: Deal 1 damage to two opponents and give them Stunned. Trigger 2 times in each battle.

New Skill - Special Action: Reduce the Power of two opponents by 1 and give them Stunned. Trigger twice in each battle.

11. [Kree Blaster]

Previous Skill – When you summon an Intergalactic War>character, deal 4 damage to a random opponent.

New Skill - Special Action and when a friendly Intergalactic War character is defeated: Deal 3 damage to a random opponent. Trigger 5 times in each battle.

12. [Moonstone]

Power: 1 → 4

Armor: 0 → 4

Previous Skill – Last Words: Deal 3/6/12 damage to all opponents.

New Skill – Guard. Last Words: Give all your Intergalactic War characters +4/8/16 Power.

13. [Spectrum]

Power: 20 → 16

Previous Skill – When a friendly Intergalactic War character is defeated, deal 10/20/40 damage to a random opponent.

New Skill - When a friendly Intergalactic War character is defeated, give this card +4/8/16 Power and deal N damage to the opponent with the highest Power. Where N is equal to half of this card's Power.

14. [Kree Charge]

Previous Skill – Once per battle, when your Intergalactic War character is defeated, summon a basic copy of them.

New Skill – Once per battle, when two of your Intergalactic War characters are defeated and there are enough slots on your Battlefield, summon their basic copies.
